Reporte de caso clínico: Manejo endodóntico de una inusual configuración del sistema de conductos de un segundo molar mandibular.

RESUMEN

En la literatura se han reportado un gran número de variaciones anatómicas en el sistema de conductos de las piezas dentarias en número, anatomía e interconexiones. Los molares son las piezas que presentan las mayores anomalías y complejidades. El presente artículo describe el caso inusual de una segunda molar inferior con una sola raíz y un único conducto radicular.
