ABSTRACT

A significant number of anatomical variations of the dental canal system have been reported in the literature, including variations in terms of number, anatomy and interconnections. The teeth that present the greatest anomalies and complexities are the molars. This article describes a rare case of a second mandibular molar with a single root and a single canal.
