Síndrome de uñas amarillas asociado a síndrome nefrótico

RESUMEN

El síndrome de uñas amarillas se caracteriza por la tríada uñas amarillas, linfedema y alteraciones pleuropulmonares.Sin embargo la tríada solo se cumple en el 23.4% de los pacientes, el diagnóstico se realiza con la presencia de dos de estos síntomas. Se asocia a enfermedades sistémicas como artritis reumatoide, neoplasias, enfermedades cardiovasculares y renales. Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 60 años con tos crónica, bronquiectasias, uñas de color amarillo-verdoso oscuro y la presencia de síndrome nefrótico. La asociación entre el síndrome de uñas amarillas y la enfermedad renal es poco frecuente.
