Síndrome de Nelson. Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

Se reporta el caso de un paciente femenino de 27 años de edad con Síndrome de Cushing, quien después de adrenalectomía bilateral desarrolló hiperpigmentación generalizada y un tumor hipofisiario, criterios para diagnosticar síndrome de Nelson. Debido a la rareza del padecimiento en la actualidad, consideramos interesante el caso.
