Nelson’s Syndrome. Report of one case

ABSTRACT

We report a 27 year-old woman with Cushing Syndrome, after bilateral adrenalectomy, develop generalized hypermigmentation and pituitary adenoma, (Nelson’s Syndrome) due to rarity of the disease in the present time and the remarkable clinic presentation we consider an interesting case.
