RESUMEN

Se presenta una mujer de 75 años que ingresó por fiebre, visceromegalia, deficiencia inmunológica con pancitopenia e hipogammaglobulinemia asociada a cifras milenarias de deshidrogenasa láctica y ferritina. Se aplicaron los criterios diagnósticos del síndrome hemofagocítico. Se realiza revisión de la literatura.
