Multiple conditions in a 75 year-old woman

ABSTRACT

A case of a 75 year-old woman is presented because she was admitted due to fever, visceromegaly, immune deficiency with pancytopenia and hypogammaglobulinemia associated with ancient figures of ferritin and lactic dehydrogenase. Hemophagocytic syndrome diagnostic criteria were applied. Literature review is performed.
