RESUMEN

El SUA es una patología ginecológica frecuente la cual puede afectar de forma significativa la calidad de vida de las pacientes, sin embargo a menudo es difícil y complejo llegar a un diagnóstico. En este artículo se resumen las pautas principales para llegar a un diagnóstico y manejo efectivo de la patología.
