Amiloidosis vesical primaria. Reporte de un caso y revisión de la literatura

RESUMEN

Se presenta un caso de amiloidosis vesical primaria, en paciente masculino de 44 años de edad, quien manifiesta su padecimiento de manera aguda, con hematuria y síntomas de irritabilidad vesical. La revisión endoscópica mostró lesiones algodonosas diseminadas en el trígono, no identificables, por lo que fue sometido a resección transuretral como único manejo, con buena respuesta y sin recurrencia; con reporte de anatomía patológica de amiloidosis vesical. No hay reportes en la literatura nacional acerca de esta rara entidad a este nivel, motivo de la presentación y revisión de la literatura.
