ABSTRACT

We present a case of primary amyloidosis of the urinary bladder, in a man 44 years old, who presented in acute form, haematuria and urinary symptoms. Endoscopically we observed like cotton lesions in trigone area, unidentified, underwent to transuretral resection as unique treatment, with adequate response and no recurrence; pathologist report was amyloidosis of the urinary bladder. There are no reports in the national literature like that. We present this rare case, and review the world literature.
