Hemangiomatosis neonatal difusa. A propósito de un caso

RESUMEN

La hemangiomatosis neonatal difusa es un padecimiento infrecuente, potencialmente grave con desenlace fatal caracterizado por numerosos hemangiomas cutáneos capilares, propios de la infancia, asociados a lesiones angiomatosas viscerales de amplia distribución. Las complicaciones más comunes son falla miocárdica, hemorragias digestivas y falla hepática. El manejo se encamina a reducir los efectos adversos y las posibles complicaciones.
