RESUMEN

En la anemia hemolítica autoinmune se presentan diversas alteraciones en el frotis de sangre periférica, de las que destacan la presencia de esferocitos, microesferocitos, eliptocitos, esquistocitos, acantocitos y células diana. Se describe el caso de una enferma portadora de anemia hemolítica autoinmune con choque séptico por Aeromonas hydrophila y las alteraciones en el frotis de sangre periférica.
