Uso terapéutico actual de la inmunoglobulina intravenosa

RESUMEN

La administración de los preparados intravenosos de la inmunoglobulina humana se ha relacionado con diferentes enfermedades: las inmunodeficiencias primarias y secundarias, donde existe alteración de: anticuerpos, infecciones virales, bacterianas graves, padecimientos autoinmunes incluyendo los de origen reumatológico, dermatológico, neurológico, hematológico; y en trasplantes. En esta revisión se evalúa la evidencia y recomendación en una variedad de padecimientos, así como su velocidad de infusión y reacciones adversas.
