Siringoma condroide. Un caso geriátrico con resolución quirúrgica

RESUMEN

El siringoma condroide es un tumor benigno de la piel poco frecuente, con una incidencia aproximada de 0.01 a 0.98% de los tumores de la piel. Se presenta una mujer de 87 años con una neoformación en la nariz, la cual fue removida quirúrgicamente y en el estudio histológico mostró estroma condroide que limitaba ductos glandulares y cordones epiteliales.
