ABSTRACT

Vulvar malignant tumors represent 0.6% of all cancers that affect the genital tract. The eccrine porocarcinoma in its final phases can be fatal due to its metastatic potential. Based on its low frequency and clinical and histological characteristics, it represents a diagnostic challenge for physicians and pathologists. We present a 49-year-old female with this tumor and analyze its clinical and histological characteristics.
