ABSTRACT

Anetoderma is an infrequent dermatological condition characterized by atrophic plaques due to loss of elastic fibers. It can be primary when appears in previous healthy skin and is associated to autoimmune diseases or can be secondary due to inflammatory diseases. We present a 33 year-old male with two years history of typical cutaneous lesions with histopathological correlation.
