Tumor fibroso solitario en mesenterio de colon transverso: Reporte de caso

ABSTRACT

It is reported a case of a colon solitary fibrous tumor in a 43-yearsold woman who was admitted to the hospital due to abdominal pain. Ultrasound of the abdomen demonstrated the presence of a solid lesion that could correspond to a pedicle myoma. It is taken to the operating room and the presence of an injury that impresses originate in mesocolon and involves colonic wall is documented, the lesion is completely resected and his subsequent histopathological analysis diagnosed solitary fibrous tumor of the colon.
