ABSTRACT

Two year old male child 2th pregnancy; that presented in the magnetic resonance service because of retardation of neurological development. Actually he is in genetic study. He has two brothers (twins) with the same neural deficit. In physical examination he presents hypertrichosis, nasal bridge, macroglosia, muscle hypotonia, hyporeflexia, thorax deformity, hepatomegaly, and café-au-lait spot in the right leg.
