ABSTRACT

Necrobiosis lipoídica, chronic granulomatous disease of unknown etiology, associates to systemic diseases like the type 2 diabetes mellitus, and autoimmune, like lupus erythematosus and the rheumatoid arthritis. Theyhavedescribedmultipletreatments, fromtopicalcorticosteroids to monoclonal antibodiesintralesionales. Wepresent a feminine, whitepatient's case, of 51 years of agewithpathological personal background of SpasmodicAsthma and of injuries in skin characterizedbythepresence of plateslocated in superior limbs and inferiors of over 10 years of evolution. There are no family record orstaffs of Diabetes Mellitus.
