High-grade distal radius osteosarcoma associated with retinoblastoma and anaplastic meningioma: a case report and literature review

ABSTRACT

A clinical case report is presented with a review of the literature of a high-grade osteosarcoma in a 17-year-old male patient, together with a history of bilateral retinoblastoma and anaplastic meningioma. In the literature we found data on the relationship between the RB1 gene mutation with the appearance of bone tumors, but not with meningiomas.
