Adenocarcinoma de células claras de vagina en paciente de 14 años

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Adenocarcinoma of the vagina is a rare tumor in girls. The report of the first case of this disease in the Mexican Republic is presented.
Female of 14 years of age, with no history of exposure to diesterol (DES). The clinical picture begins at age 12 with leucorrhoea and vaginal bleeding. She goes with a doctor who performs biopsy and is diagnosed as vaginal adenocarcinoma. It is subject to posterior excenteration and the performance of neovagina with myocutaneous flap of rectus abdominis muscle. The report with clear cell adenocarcinoma report of vagina with extension to cervix and 4 positive nodes of 7 of left side and 1 of two of right side. She is indicated for treatment with external radiotherapy with linear accelerator, technique in spade a dose of 5,000 cGy in 25 sessions, with concomitance of two cycles of Cisplatino beginning May 27 and ended on 07-07-2016 with data of proctitis and Grade II cystitis, weight loss of 8 kg and grade II radiodermitis. No data on tumor activity in the last clinical review. We discuss the management strategies, as well as the quality of life of these patient.
