ABSTRACT

Majocchi’s granuloma is a rare fungal infection of the dermis and subcutaneous cellular tissue. Usually cause by Trichophyton rubrum. We report an 18-year-old immunocompetent male with Majocchi’s granuloma in the left elbow. Although in most reports are described in the dorsal aspect of the lower extremities of young women with a history of local trauma, now days more cases of atypical location such as ours are being reported.
