ABSTRACT

Within the theoretic-practical activities nursing needs to reinforce and develop with major scientific and instrumental efficacy and sustainability is clinical valuation; being this one of the first and the most important of nursing process stages, which allows it, with higher accuracy, detecting the problematic patients display. Contemporary nurses who have this widen perspective about nursing practice will be distinguished by their objective ability for going over clinical information and decision making, through a systematic reasoning which support and strengthen research in any of the clinical scenes where they are found.
