ABSTRACT

A 54-year-old female diagnosed with stage IIIC ovarian cancer who had undergone surgical cytoreduction and chemotherapy without evidence of recurrence presented to the emergency department with the subacute cerebellar syndrome. The imaging study ruled out structural alterations, lumbar puncture with lymphocytic pleocytosis, hyperproteinorrachia, and positive anti-Yo, with inguinal tumor activity confirmed by PET-CT.
