ABSTRACT

The case of a 22-year-old male patient is presented, who is diagnosed with Scheuermann's disease with a thoracic curve of 105°, the patient presents complete skeletal maturity, for which surgical treatment is proposed. This disease is a pathology that is constantly faced by the spine surgeon, so it is important to carry out a quick review of it and our actions as doctors.
