ABSTRACT

The Power station of teams and sterilization (CEYE), it is a service of the hospital that takes charge of obtaining, to centralize, to prepare, to sterilize, to classify, to keep, to control and to distribute the consumption material, exchange, surgical and instrumental clothes to the assisting services of the unit, like they are; urgencies, tower of hospitalization, quirófanos, consults external and X rays. In the CEYE important sections exist among those that he/she is that of preparation. In this place he/she is carried out it assembles, cut and preparation of the cure material and surgical clothes.
As you he/she will be able to observe in the hospitals they are carried out different works that carry a great number of labor risks of different nature for the worker in general, the causes that provoke them in occasions it doesn’t obey a single factor but to the intervention of several factors like they are: ergonomic biological, chemical, physical risks and psichosocials.
The ergonomic problems are manifested in waste and due damages to flight attendants or incorrect postures of work. The dysfunctions muscle - skeletal they constitute an important problem for the personnel who you/they present a relatively high rate of lumbar painful syndrome, neurological symptoms and algias of effort. As all the other auxiliary disciplines of the ergonomics, the anthropometry provides us of information and analysis tools in the concern to adapt the objects that it uses and the work spaces to the individual, but it is only function of the analysis that we make that these data and tools will lead to a pertinent application in I study him of the work situations.
