ABSTRACT

This is a six-year-old girl who came to the emergency room due to a mild head injury; no abnormal data were identified on physical examination. X-rays and tomography of the skull were taken, finding the radiological sign called "beaten copper skull". In the absence of clinical data compatible with intracranial hypertension, this sign is considered normal.
