ABSTRACT

The implementation of a Quality Management System in the National Medical Arbitration Commission was a decision of senior management for the benefit of those involved in the matters that are dealt with in it. With the passage of time, 27 years for the Commission, the conditions of Mexicans and the laws that regulate their behavior in all spheres have been modified, so it is important to maintain the spirit of work of public servants and migrate towards a flexible management, which involves knowledge and compliance with human rights, the federal code of ethics and with it, benefiting citizens with the improvement of their living conditions, a harmonious society and institutions committed to their missions and visions.
