ABSTRACT

The quality is to expire with the requirements to satisfy the needs and expectatives of the users, multiply are the variables that influence to achieve the final satisfaction. In the present time there has been increased the level of information of the users and therefore its level of exigency. The quality in the services of urgencies in Mexico is affected by the first deficient level of attention, smail mentality of competition and improvement, the shortage of economic resources, deficient infrastructure, over saturation of patient and favits in the process of diagnostic and therapeutic. In this article practical strategies are chequed for the modifications of the attitude and organization of a service of urgencies that allow to generate a change improving the processes of attention and the results in indicators and satisfaction of the user and lender of service. Among these strategies they are: development of a strategic plan, to improve the professional and decisive level to the doctors of the service, to increase the information to the patient, to improve the human treatment with amability and courtesy, the improvement of the processes of diagnostic support, to improve clinical processes, constant supervision of the processes, major education to the users, in improves in the first level of attention and major infrastructure and economic resources to the services of urgencies.
