The scabies disease is caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite which burrows into the stratum corneum giving rise to tunnels in order to complete its life cycle, causing complications in humans. The case of a 29-year-old male who presents lesions in the upper and lower extremities due to the ectoparasite is presented.
