ABSTRACT
The synchronous occurrence of benign and malignant
tumors is extremely rare. Sarcomas are the most primary
retroperitoneal ones. No symptoms or local compression,
whereas myxomas represent half of cardiac primary
tumors. We present the case of a 64-year-old woman
with retroperitoneal and left intracardiac synchronous
tumor, evidenced on CT, and successfully operated on.
