Seborrheic keratoses, differential diagnosis.

ABSTRACT

Seborrheic keratoses are benign skin tumors that are very common and tend to have an onset in late adulthood. They are often associated with other malignant tumors such as basal cell carcinoma, Bowen’s disease and malignant melanoma. However, there can be clinical presentations that can mimic these tumors and other tumors as well and can make the diagnosis difficult, in which cases the histopathology of these lesions is necessary. We present 2 cases of skin lesions mimicking seborrheic keratoses.
