Rosácea ocular: presentación de un caso

RESUMEN

La rosácea es una de las enfermedades más vistas en la consulta dermatológica. Su forma clásica se identifica con facilidad pero deben tenerse presentes sus diferentes tipos para hacer una detección oportuna, en especial el tipo ocular, ya que puede causar verdaderas incapacidades visuales. Presentamos el caso de una mujer que inicia con cuadro de rosácea ocular y no es detectada y tratada hasta que presentó lesiones dermatológicas.
