ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to analyze the linguistic level in second grade students of elementary school in the cities of Chihuahua, Chihuahua and Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas with the intention to find differences in linguistic skills between the two groups using the Bele test. For this study were chosen two public schools in poor areas of the cities of Tuxtla Gutierrez and Chiapas, North and South borders. Thirty students from each school were chosen to study their linguistic skills. The results were very low marks comparatively with normal standards.
