ABSTRACT
Introduction: emphysematous cystoprostatitis is a rare disease characterized by the accumulation of gas and purulent exudates in the prostate gland and bladder. Clinical case: 63-year-old man with poor general condition with symptoms of sepsis and abdominal pain. Radiological tests reveal the presence of gas in the bladder and prostate, as well as kidney damage. Conclusion: it is important to know the radiographic signs to obtain an early diagnosis and plan appropriate treatment.REFERENCES
