ABSTRACT
Introduction: gastric lymphoma represents 2 to 8% of gastric neoplasms. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) accounts for 75% of gastric cancer cases and lymphoid tissue called MALT. Complete remission is reported with the eradication of H. pylori. Case report: 40-year-old male who began with signs and symptoms of gastric retention lasting 72 hours. Panendoscopy with biopsy reported ulcerations and anthropyloric obstruction. Histopathology reported lymphoma with immunophenotype B (MALT lymphoma), in addition to positive H. pylori. Managed with eradication of H. pylori and multiple hydropneumatic dilations through endoscopy.REFERENCES
