ABSTRACT

In this paper we analyze the main differences between standards, considered as written and non-written rules that the practitioners obey. Clinical practice guidelines that publisher recommended are made by expert committees and personal medical experience are of influence to physicians that decide the therapeutic course to be taken. We present our opinion about the role that we think each one should have in daily clinical practice as a system for the ABC Medical Center.
