ABSTRACT
Eccrine spiradenomas are rare, benign adnexal tumors of the sweat gland that usually present as a solitary nodule. These tumors have rarely been documented during childhood or early adolescence. The purpose of this clinical case is to report a case in a pediatric patient. Despite their low incidence, they should be considered as a differential diagnosis in our diagnostic arsenal during clinical consultations.
