ABSTRACT
We present the case of a 13-year-old male, diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome at age three, progressed to end-stage renal failure requiring dialysis at age seven, undergoing five years of peritoneal dialysis and one year of hemodialysis. He then progressed to severe myocardial failure (21%) with multivalvular insufficiency and pulmonary hypertension (59 mmHg). He received a living related donor (father) heart transplant on May 26, 2025. Currently is showing improvement and remains stable.REFERENCES
