ABSTRACT

Soft-tissue Ewing’s sarcoma is a malignant tumor of the intramedullary canal that early extends into soft tissues and belongs to the Ewing’s sarcoma family. A 16-year-old female patient presented with pain in the right gluteal region. MRI revealed a well-circumscribed, multilobulated, heterogeneous, nodular mass with hyperintense areas due to focal hemorrhage. The findings were compared with the literature, confirming the imaging diagnosis.
