ABSTRACT
The new ISBT Strategic Plan 2026–2030 builds on more than two decades of structured development of the Society. Since the first formal strategy in 2002, ISBT has regularly reviewed its priorities to ensure that its activities remain aligned with the evolving scientific, clinical and societal environment. The most recent strategic cycle successfully guided ISBT through the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath, demonstrating the resilience of our global community and the continuing relevance of ISBT mission.
