ABSTRACT

We present a patient who developed acute diarrhea, with electrolyte imbalance, including hypomagnesemia. She was attended at Emergency Department, where an EKG was taken. This EKG is very illustrative and demonstrate alterations secondary to profound hypomagnesemia.
