ABSTRACT

Radiographic measurement of coccyx is mandatory since it has been found that coccyx has movement, as it was demonstrated by dynamic X-rays of that bone in straight foot-standing and in flexion in 10 otherwise healthy individuals. 1. Lateral X-ray in straight standing-up position. 2. Lateral X-ray in standing in forward flexion. A technique is described for determining the general coccygeal angle.
