ABSTRACT

For the measurements of clinical facts in relation to health it has been necessary to develop clinical methodologies that now are an important part of the clinical epidemiology. The objective of this report is to motivate the readers to meditate about the factors that it is necessary to control in order to obtain the measurements of clinical facts: symptoms, signs, and laboratory or other type of data obtained with confidence and validity.
