ABSTRACT

This clinical report presents the treatment of a patient who came to the postgraduate dental clinic in Prostodontics and Implantology, La Salle Bajio University, with a mandibular complete denture and maxillary removable prosthesis. The patient wanted a fixed prosthesis. This article describes a procedure using a mandibular fixed removable implant-supported prosthesis as an alternative method on the rehabilitation of an edentulous patient.
