Laparoscopic repair of Morgagni hernia. Contribution of two new case

ABSTRACT

Introduction: The hernia of Morgagni is a congenital defect in the previous not very frequent diaphragm that can be asymptomatic and to be a casual discovery or to cause symptoms related with the hernia content. The surgical treatment can be to sky opened up for via thoracic or abdominal or for via laparoscopic.
Method: We present two patients with laparoscopic treatment of a hernia of Morgagni with repair mediating suture and he/she sutures next to placement of a mesh.
Results: The diagnosis could be preoperative in a patient. The sack was not dried up and the treatment method was in function of the size of the defect. The radiological controls to the two years not observe relapse.
Conclusions: When diminishing the surgical trauma and to allow the patient’s prompt recovery we believe the road laparoscopic like the election treatment at the moment.
