ABSTRACT

A fourteen years old girl, with a veonus thrombosis of the iliac and femoral vessels of left limb, without arterial affection was treated with anticoagulant therapy and was performed thrombectomy.
The study of this case included coagulation tests and autoimmune disorders. Final diagnosis was anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome. It is possible this girl will show an autoimmune disorder like systemic lupus erithematosus.
