ABSTRACT

Treatment for flexible flat foot has changed over the years but today «corrective» shoes and inserts are still beeing used widely, we review the information published in recent articles about the treatment of this condition but the majority are in favor of no treatment but only for the severe and symptomatic patients, we conclude and recommend a conservative treatment and treatment only of severe cases, these detected and referred by the pediatrician.
