ABSTRACT

In this report the authors present a case of a male patient with nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy of the left eye (NAION OS), which appeared after eight years of a nonarteritic ischemic optic neuropathy of right eye (NAION OD). The authors analyze the clinical aspect and development of the pathology in this patient.
