ABSTRACT
We reviewed the results of the treatment of 16 patients with OM in upper limb with a range of 1.6 to 16 years old with a follow up at least 12 months, the hematogenous infection was the most common in children; using antibiotics IV and curetage in the acute fase: The most common deformities were radial clubhand, cubital clubhand and shortening of the limb; this deformities were manage with bone lengthening, microvascular fibular grafts and with tendon transfer acordingly managed. The follow up was 20 years in one patient. In 14 patients the result was good and all of them were satisfied with the result.
